Little Acre: Your Farm Keeps Growing

Little Acre is a quiet little farm that lives in your browser. You get sixteen squares of soil, a handful of coins, and three kinds of seed. Plant, water, wait, harvest, repeat. There's no way to lose and no timer chasing you — just a farm that gets a little bigger every time you check on it.

The goal

Grow crops, sell them for coins, and use the coins to plant better crops. There's no finish line — the fun is in watching an empty field turn into a farm that earns while you're away.

How a day works

One in-game day lasts about a minute and a half of real time. The bar at the top shows the sun crossing the sky; when it turns to the moon, a new day begins. Days are really just a gentle clock — your crops don't die at night, they just keep growing (as long as they have water).

Planting, watering, harvesting

• Plant: pick a seed from the bar at the bottom, then tap an empty plot. Planting costs coins — the price is on each seed button — and a fresh planting includes its first watering.
• Water: crops only grow while the soil is wet. A 💧 droplet means the plot is watered; when it disappears, growth pauses. Tap a growing crop to water it again — water is free.
• Harvest: when a crop sparkles ✨, it's ripe. Tap it to sell it instantly and collect the coins.

Carrots are quick pocket money. Pumpkins are the big earners — slower, but worth the wait once you can afford the seeds.

Your farm waits for you

Close the tab and your farm doesn't disappear. It's saved on your own device, and watered crops keep growing while you're away — so an evening off often means a field full of ripe crops when you come back. (Nothing is sent to our servers; the save lives in your browser, so clearing your browser data clears the farm.)

A few tips

• Plant everything you can afford early — empty soil earns nothing.
• A watered plot grows; a dry one waits. If a crop looks stuck, it probably needs water.
• Save up for pumpkins once you can. They take the longest but pay the best per plot.
• The reset button in the top right starts a brand-new farm — it asks first, so no accidents.
